Refunds

Returns Timeframe:

UK: Returns are to be made within 14 days.

International: Returns are to be made within 21 days.

These timeframes are calculated from the date your order was placed.

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

Card payments can take up to 72 hours to appear on your balance. This is completely normal as processing times can differ from bank to bank.

Klarna and Clearpay refunds are instant reversals.

We do not send out an email to say that we have received your return! Please refer to your tracking number for your return to confirm that this has arrived back with us!

Once a refund has been issued you will receive an email from us to confirm that your refund has been processed.

We cannot refund to alternative accounts, under any circumstances. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used when you placed your order!

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer exchanges at this time. Simply return your product(s) for a refund and reorder a replacement.

Original Condition:

Items must be returned to us in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and must have all original tags attached. All items will be inspected upon arrival back to our warehouse and failure to be returned in their original condition may lead to refusal.

Hygiene stickers must remain intact. Failure to return your item back to us without the hygiene sticker may also lead to refusal.

If you receive a damaged item or your item becomes damaged upon wear, please contact our Customer Service team first, so they can resolve your issue, before registering a return.
